He reported a non paying buyers alert...after paid him. Knowingly he still filed a Final Value Fee credit. He not only tried to deceive me but eBay as well.

No strike was given (not shown in picture) because I had proof of payment via paypal.

If you look closely at the logo you'll notice that each letter is hard to read compared to the picture after this...

These are the tags he's talking about in his description. Also note, inside/next to the "C" in "SJC" on your left, suppose say Sean John.

Jeans doesn't have logo inside pockets as compared to the photo below...
